Do you pressure wash roofs?
No. High pressure damages a roof, so we use low pressure soft wash roof cleaning instead.
Do you clean metal roofs?
Yes. We clean standing seam, stone coated and metal shingle roofs. Metal panels carry a factory coating, almost always aluminum oxide or something close to it, sold under each maker’s own brand name. High pressure and strong bleach (sodium hypochlorite) can eat into that coating and wear the panels out early. We use our RoofRX™ process with gentler chemistry and low pressure, so the factory finish stays protected. Every roof needs its own approach, and our roof cleaning methods by roof type explain why. If you have a metal roof, ask any company how they clean it before you hire them.
How long does moss removal last?
Left untreated, moss is often back in two or three years here, which is why treating moss on your roof matters as much as removing it.
